Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or pause your U1 subscription at any time before your next scheduled order is processed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled as part of the subscription cancellation.

Cancelling your subscription will prevent future recurring charges but will not cancel or refund orders that have already been processed.

Prepaid multi-month plans are paid in full at the time of purchase. Cancelling a prepaid plan will stop future renewals but does not cancel or refund the current prepaid term.
