TERMS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service govern your use of drinku1.com and your purchase of any products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site after we post changes means you accept them.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this site. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

3. OUR PRODUCTS

U1 Blue Fiber is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Consult your physician before using our products if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are giving the product to a child. Stop use and contact a healthcare professional if you experience an adverse reaction.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Individual results vary.

4. PRICING AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We try to keep prices, descriptions, and images accurate, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order is confirmed. If we cancel an order for that reason, we'll refund you in full.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Promotional prices apply only while the promotion is running.

5. ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, resale, or errors in pricing or availability.

We may limit quantities per customer, per household, or per order.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING BILLING

If you choose a subscription option at checkout, you are authorizing recurring charges. Please read this section carefully.

WHAT YOU'RE AGREEING TO:
- You will be charged the subscription price shown at checkout, automatically, on a recurring basis
- Your subscription renews approximately every 30 days (monthly) until you cancel
- Your saved payment method will be charged automatically each cycle
- The subscription continues indefinitely until you cancel it

PRICE: Your recurring price is the subscription price displayed at the time you subscribe. If we change subscription pricing, we'll notify you by email before the change affects you, and you'll have the opportunity to cancel first.

HOW TO CANCEL: You can cancel or pause at any time, with no fee and no phone call required, using the subscription management link in your order confirmation email or your account page, or by emailing support@drinku1.com. Cancellation takes effect for future orders.

IMPORTANT: You must cancel before your next scheduled charge. Once an order has been billed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, though our Refund Policy may still apply.

7. PAYMENT

You represent that any payment method you use is yours and that you're authorized to use it. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend or cancel your order or subscription.

8. SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Refund and return terms are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Both are incorporated into these terms.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, but we'll still help resolve lost or damaged shipments as described in those policies.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product names, and design, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use this site to break any law, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with the site's operation, or to resell our products without authorization.

11. CONTENT YOU SUBMIT

If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to give and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

We may remove any submitted content at our discretion.

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

This site may link to or rely on third-party services. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms, the site, or any product will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, whether or not we were advised such damages were possible.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or our products.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Ontario, unless applicable consumer protection law in your place of residence gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

17. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
